RECOM RPM Series DC/DC Power Module | DigiKey Daily
RECOM offers their RPM series of DC-to-DC power modules. These non-isolated switching regulator modules have efficiency ratings of up to 99% and provide one of the highest power densities on the market, at 900 watts-per-cubic-inch. Available in 1 amp, 2 amp, 3 amp, and 6 amp versions, these converters are thermally optimized to dissipate heat allowing them to deliver full output at up to 90 degrees Celsius without derating or forced air cooling. Furthermore, they possess a remarkably wide operating temperature range of minus 40 degrees Celsius to 107 degrees Celsius. Encased in a six-sided metal shielding enclosure along with an attached ground plane, these power modules guarantee optimal EMC performance. Ideal applications include point-of-load applications, battery-powered equipment and telecommunications.
